About Us
What happens when a world-class full-stack software engineer and a generational multidisciplinary brand architect decide to team up?

For over 15 years, Jonathan Lebron and Edward White have helped lead teams delivering product development and brand marketing work for companies including Airbnb, McDonald’s, Spectrum and J.P. Morgan.
Their frustration came from being trusted to lead the work without always having the freedom to shape its direction. They watched opportunities pass because familiar thinking won out, and saw ideas dismissed only to watch similar approaches succeed elsewhere. They wanted the room to follow a strong idea through, with the people building the product and the people telling its story working together.
So they built an agency to work that way.
Built to connect the product with the possibilities people see in it.
Bron & White is a boutique agency redefining the relationship between brand marketing and product development.
Jonathan’s experience spans UX engineering, full-stack software development and AI engineering. Edward brings experience across 360-degree brand marketing, end-to-end content production and UI/UX development. Having worked across every area in those disciplines, they understand how decisions made in one part of a business affect what is possible in another.
That perspective shapes how we approach each company. We develop brand strategies and connected marketing ecosystems around the product, the people it serves and the place it could hold in their lives. The work has a purpose beyond getting seen: changing how people feel about the product and giving them a reason to talk about it.
Sometimes that starts with product development. A new feature, a more intuitive experience or a tool built around a customer need can help make the company’s original vision tangible. We can shape the product and the way it reaches people together, so the experience lives up to the story.
Our mission is to help companies realize the potential they see in their products and give other people a reason to see it too.
Let’s talk about what you’re building.
